By submitting your application you are entering into an agreement with RCS. The purpose of this agreement is to determine whether or not a mutually beneficial arrangement can be achieved whereby you become a reseller for RCS software products. To make this determination it will be necessary for you and RCS to exchange confidential sales and pricing information. By submitting this application, you and RCS agree not to disclose sensitive sales or pricing information to other parties. Failure to properly comply with the terms of this agreement could result in tangible damage to the parties involved and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Oregon, United States of America.
